FISHTAIL SIGNS PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH EUROCOPTER SOUTH EAST ASIA FOR TWO BRAND NEW AS 350B3 HELICOPTERS On 2nd August 2008, Fishtail Air signed an agreement with Eurocopter South East Asia, Singapore for the purchase of two brand new AS 350B2 Helicopter. The Purchase Agreement was signed by Mr. Bikas JB Rana, Chairman of Fishtail Air and Mr. Gerard Maitrepierre, President of Eurocopter South East Asia, Singapore.
The first AS 350B3 helicopter will be delivered by November 2009 and the second by February 2010. This helicopter has the record of landing at the highest altitude ever by a helicopter. With the introduction of these helicopters Fishtail Air is confident of offering its clients a better, safer and more reliable service.
The Ambassador of France, His Excellency Mr. Gilles Henry Garault, dignitaries from Diplomatic Missions, officials from the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal, and other business houses were also present on the occasion.
